DONATIONS

For over 50 years, Dundarave Print Workshop + Gallery has been a meaningful place for printmakers in both Vancouver and across British Columbia. What began in a small garage in West Vancouver in 1971, grew into a thriving artist-run studio and hub on Granville Island.
Built on the foundation of collectivism and community, it is our hope that with ongoing support DPW will remain a creative home for years to come. Today, our Print Workshop + Gallery relies on a combination of membership dues and external funding. Donations will help cover essential expenses—ranging from inks and paper to utilities and daily operations.
Your personal donation also assists in keeping a traditional medium alive. Every gift, no matter the size, encourages preservation of vital space for education, exhibitions, and the continued evolution of print-based practices. Contributing to makers at all levels connecting with time-honoured techniques, will inspire new forms of visual expression.

WHAT ARE YOU HELPING US BUILD?

The workshop is currently marking a significant step in its creative capacity. Made possible through the generous City of Vancouver’s Cultural Infrastructure Grant, we’re expanding facilities to include a dedicated silkscreening booth. As an artist-run collective, we will benefit from increased membership, a wider array of workshop offerings, and a new, engaging way for the public to explore printmaking in the community, coming in 2026.
By supporting this growth, you become a steward of artistic space. So, partner with us as we welcome more artists, broaden learning opportunities, and keep the presses rolling.
