Paul Best

A recently retired teacher, Paul Best was raised and educated in New Zealand, where he earned a diploma in graphic design before working as a designer, illustrator, and cartoonist for newspapers and magazines across New Zealand, Australia, and Hong Kong. After moving to Vancouver in 2001, he completed a Bachelor of Arts in History and Politics, followed by a Bachelor of Education and two Diplomas of Education at UBC, including one in Art Education.

 

His artistic interests span drawing, sculpture, and especially printmaking. Recycling in Relief marks his first exhibition with the Dundarave Print Workshop.
