INTRO TO REDUCTION PRINTS: LINO WORKSHOP

Service Description

Course Description: This is an intermediate class, so having completed at least one linoprint previously will be advantageous. During this 3 hour class, we will create a 2-3 layer reduction print either from a template or from a design of each student’s choosing. With a 6:1 student-to-instructor ratio, students will get maximum support and fun in a low pressure environment! All materials will be provided and students will get the opportunity to work with professional grade materials and choose their own colour palettes. Reduction prints are great for creating a mutli-coloured print using only one block. It's a great way to layer colours and learn how to make more complex designs and bring your printmaking to the next level.
